The "Alay Balay" gathering, under the patronage of former Governor Dattatreya, began with a bang. The event, which was organized on a grand scale for the 20th year, was held at the Nampally Exhibition Ground in Hyderabad. మాజీ గవర్నర్ దత్తాత్రేయ ఆధ్వర్యంలో "అలయ్ బలయ్" సమ్మేళనం అట్టహాసంగా ప్రారంభమైంది.
