The Supreme Court has clarified that states, including the Delhi government, may withdraw or close FIRs filed against students involved in the CJP protests.కాక్రోచ్ పార్టీ నిరసనల సందర్భంగా విద్యార్దులపై నమోదైన కేసుల ఉపసంహరణ, మూసివేత విషయంలో రాష్ట్రాలు స్వేచ్ఛగా నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవచ్చని సుప్రీంకోర్టు తేల్చిచెప్పేసింది.
