Centre has introduced a Concessional Local Pass for eligible private vehicle owners residing within 20 km of a National Highway fee plaza, effective 1 November. Eligible vehicle owners with valid, functional FASTags registered for non-commercial use. టోల్ ప్లాజా సమీపంలో నివసించే స్థానిక ప్రైవేట్ వాహన యజమానులు తక్కువ ధరకు ఏడాది పొడవునా వర్తించే వార్షిక పాస్‌ను పొందే వీలు కల్పించింది.
