Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh Acquitted by Special Court in Hyderabad After PD Detention Over IPC Allegations. Raja Singh was arrested by the Mangalhat Police. After the learned Magistrate declined to grant police remand, he was subsequently detained under the Preventive Detention Act. అప్పటి ప్రభుత్వం ఆయనపై పీడీ యాక్ట్ ను ప్రయోగించింది. దీనితో ఆయన దాదాపు 77 రోజుల పాటు జైలులోనే గడపాల్సి వచ్చింది.
