A horrific incident took place in Kandhamal district of Odisha. Fellow students poured fevicq into the eyes of 8 students sleeping in a hostelఒడిశాలోని కందమాల్​ జిల్లాలో దారుణమైన ఘటన జరిగింది. హాస్టల్ లో నిద్రిస్తున్న 8 మంది విద్యార్థుల కళ్లలో తోటి విద్యార్థులే ఫెవిక్విక్ పోశారు.
