Supreme Court bench comprising Justice M.M. Sundresh and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma upheld the decision of the High Court and affirmed the findings that the disputed land in Survey No.s 100 and 101 were government. ఈ విషయంలో 2003 ఏప్రిల్ 16న అప్పటి ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును సమర్థించింది.
