The Supreme Court granted bail to two alleged Indian Mujahideen operatives, holding that their detention since 2014 violated the fundamental right to personal liberty as per the Constitution.ఇండియన్ ముజాహిదీన్ కు చెందిన ఇద్దరు అనుమానిత కార్యకర్తలకు సుప్రీం కోర్టు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. 2014 నుండి వారిని నిర్బంధించడం ప్రాథమిక హక్కు అయిన వ్యక్తిగత స్వేచ్ఛను ఉల్లంఘించిందని పేర్కొంది.
