The Supreme Court of India ruled that if a married woman has a child while in wedlock, her husband is the legal father, even if she claims otherwise. DNA tests cannot be mandated unless absolutely necessary. భార్య ఇతర వ్యక్తి వివాహేతర సంబంధం ఉందని పేర్కొన్నా.. పుట్టిన పిల్లవాడికి భర్తే చట్టబద్ధమైన తండ్రిగా పరిగణించబడతాడని సుప్రీంకోర్టు సంచలన తీర్పు ఇచ్చింది.
