The Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (APSDMA) has clarified that alarm messages will be sent to over one crore phones from tomorrow in the wake of Cyclone Monthaమొంథా తుపాను నేపథ్యంలో రేపటి నుంచి కోటిమందికి పైగా ఫోన్ లకు అలార్మింగ్ సందేశాలను పంపనున్నట్లు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర విపత్తు నిర్వహణ అథారిటీ(APSDMA) స్పష్టం చేసింది.
