BRS Working President KTR said that not a single promise made by the Congress has been fully implemented. He said that by-elections are likely to be held in ten seats in Telangana.కాంగ్రెస్ ఇచ్చిన హామీల్లో ఒక్కటి కూడా పూర్తి అమలు చేయలేదని బీఆర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్ అన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో పది స్థానాల్లో ఉపఎన్నికలు వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందన్నారు.
