Allahabad High Court rules that under the Hindu Marriage Act, a marriage cannot be annulled within one year unless there are extraordinary circumstances. హిందూ వివాహ చట్టం ప్రకారం అసాధారణ కష్టాలు ఉంటే తప్ప సంవత్సరంలోపు వివాహాన్ని రద్దు చేయలేమని అలహాబాద్ హైకోర్టు పేర్కొంది.
