AP High Court delivers a landmark judgment stating the 6-month cooling-off period for mutual consent divorce under Section 13-B(2) is not mandatory and can be waived if no chance of reunion exists. విడాకులకు నిర్దేశించిన 6 నెలల ‘కూలింగ్ ఆఫ్' గడువు తప్పనిసరి కాదని, ప్రత్యేక పరిస్థితుల్లో దీనిని మినహాయించవచ్చని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు కీలక తీర్పునిచ్చింది.
